All event parking will be directed by attendants from the top of San Juan Creek Road, all the way to the event location at the east end of Shady Maples Farm.

Event parking is exclusive to the shoulder of San Juan Creek Road, and not permitted within the gates of Shady Maples Farm. All parking will be on a first come, first serve basis. However, a number of designated spaces will be reserved in close proximity to the entrance for the those people needing extra assistance.

Please be courteous to local through traffic by ensuring all private driveways are left unobstructed, and to allow for maximum parking capacity for event attendees.

The Western Marquee is not responsible for lost or stolen items, either from within the grounds or, designated parking areas.
